You will be called for an initial interview with a designated school personnel. This interview may be done over Zoom/Google Meet or if your time permits, at school. When you pass the interview stage, you will be asked to prepare an in-school class demo.

If you're applying as a Teaching Faculty, we will invite you to demonstrate to us your teaching skills. Provide us your lesson plan and don't forget to teach with visual aids.

You must take a competence exam called the HiHo Qualification Employment Exams (Hi-Q Exam). This may be done at school or scheduled online. Once you pass the Hi-Q exam, you will be scheduled for the final interview.

The last step is a personal interview with the Principal. Usually, a trainee contract may be given in order to make sure that applicant and the school are the right fit for each other.
